My Findify generated revenue is stuck on zero, what should I do?

I changed my Shopify theme and now my Findify Search is not working – what should I do?
Since we configured Findify Search to work specifically with the theme you were using when you first installed our app, changing themes may have broken this configuration. If you’ve changed themes and found your search no longer working, please contact us at [email protected]
